How do i book a party?

You can book your party directly through our website. A deposit is required to secure your date.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel

Rescheduling is allowed based on availability. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable.

Can I customize my party?

Absolutely! You can add extras like Fairy Tale Ear Piercing, Pink Limo Rides, or additional spa treatments for an unforgettable experience. We do not allow personal decoration added to a party

Do parents need to stay during the party?

At least one adult must be present at all times. Parents are welcome to enjoy the fun and relax in our parents lounge while we pamper the little guests!

What precautions do you take for hygiene and safety?

We use disposable spa supplies, sanitize all tools and equipment, and follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe experience for every guest.

What if a child has allergies or sensitive skin?

Please inform us in advance of any allergies, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. All products used are kid-friendly and gentle on the skin.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

Do you offer refunds?

Deposits are non refundable. All payments for events and services are final once the event is performed. Because our parties require staffing, materials, preparation, and reserved time slots, we do not offer refunds after services have been delivered.

If you need to cancel before your event date, we offer rescheduling options based on availability. Credits may be offered at the Company’s discretion for missed or delayed personalized items, but credits are not the same as refunds.

Are the spa services performed by licensed professionals?

Our parties are for entertainment purposes only. All services such as mini facials, mini manis, mini pedis, and makeup are cosmetic and playful. They are not professional salon services and do not require or include any form of licensure.
