How do i book a party?
You can book your party directly through our website. A deposit is required to secure your date.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel
Rescheduling is allowed based on availability. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable.
Can I customize my party?
Absolutely! You can add extras like Fairy Tale Ear Piercing, Pink Limo Rides, or additional spa treatments for an unforgettable experience.
Do parents need to stay during the party?
At least one adult must be present at all times. Parents are welcome to enjoy the fun and relax in our parents lounge while we pamper the little guests!
What precautions do you take for hygiene and safety?
We use disposable spa supplies, sanitize all tools and equipment, and follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe experience for every guest.
What if a child has allergies or sensitive skin?
Please inform us in advance of any allergies, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. All products used are kid-friendly and gentle on the skin.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event.
Do you offer refunds?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, we offer rescheduling options based on availability.
